About Event
Celebrate Lunar New Year with the Asian American Journalist Association — L.A. Chapter. The annual event is a way to thank our supporters and bring our community together.
With the Los Angeles wildfires impacting Southern California, we rescheduled the event to February to allow our AAJA-LA community members more time to focus on their immediate needs.
We know during hard times that community is still needed. AAJA-LA is refocusing the event as a way to bring us together to share our grief and our hope for the new year.
Join us as we reconnect with friends from across Southern California, make new friends from the journalism industry and have some great food.
Tickets are a $10 refundable fee. NO SHOWS will not have their tickets refunded.
The event will feature food, drinks and karaoke!
Dinner will be classic Chinese cuisine from the neighborhood favorite, the East Garden Restaurant. Wine and beer will be available for the celebration.
Attendees must have a ticket to enter the celebration.
